Bravo’s most hate-filled Real Housewives franchise, the Real Housewives of New Jersey is rumored to experience a lot of shake-ups next season. Who’s coming and who’s leaving RHONJ? Here’s what the rumor mill is reporting.
Who’s Out?
Everyone on the show has problems with Teresa Giudice and noone wants to film with her anymore. If certain cast members can’t be on camera with star of the show then how do we get the drama. Rumor has it that the sister-in-laws, Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita, and Teresa’s cousin Kathy Wakile are throwing in the towel. They are fed up with Teresa. Jacqueline and Caroline both spent quite a bit of time crying over the drama surrounding Teresa during season 4, so this rumor could very well be true.
During part I of the season 4 reunion Jacqueline revealed that her son CJ was diagnosed with autism. Raising an autistic child can be challenging and I’m sure, I hope, that she would want to spend more of her time focusing on her family than dealing with Teresa the sociopath.
The bond between Teresa and Kathy gets weaker and weaker, it’s created a full on war as Rosie, Kathy’s sister threaten to cut Teresa’s tongue out during part I of the reunion. Teresa never wanted to share the Bravo limelight with her family anyway so perhaps Kathy leaving the show will help salvage her crumbling family, Kathy will be much less of a focus for Teresa if she isn’t on the show.
Who’s In?
It was rumored that friends of Teresa’s would be joining the show since none of the original cast want to film with her anymore. I had no idea that Teresa had any real friends and if that’s the case I doubt that she’d want to share the joys of reality TV stardom with them. It is also rumored that Melissa Gorga’s sister may be joining the cast. She’s appeared on the show several times over the past two seasons and Melissa needs a strong ally if she’s going to stick around and deal with Teresa. The obvious choice for a new cast member would be Kim D. She enables Teresa, she hates Melissa, Joe Gorga despises her, this makes for awesome reality TV.
