RHOA Kim Zolciak's lean post baby body

Is this a trick? There's no way she's that tiny in 3 weeks.

Based on this picture, I’d guess that didn’t eat all of the mac n cheese that Jessica Simpson did during her pregnancy because she’s lean. Super lean. Too lean to have given birth to her son Kash Kade August 16, 2012.

We all know that Kim has a severe aversion to work in any capacity so I doubt that she buckled down and exercised. But 3 weeks post baby, how much exercising could she have done? Kim is the only person who loves a get thin quick scheme more than me. So how do you think she did it?

A - She’s changed her ways, it was old fashioned dieting and exercise.
B - More of that Velashape that she loves
C - Breastfeeding for two
D - Post pregnancy tummy tuck
E - The Zolciak diet, cigarettes
F - Smoke and mirrors, she released an old picture pretending it was current

If I had to guess, only if I had to guess, I would say D, possibly F.
